Before entering legal practice, Chelsea spent many years as a reference and instruction librarian, developing expertise in research, information analysis, and helping individuals navigate complex challenges. Chelsea spent much of her time as a librarian advocating for free and open access to information to everyone, regardless of socioeconomic status. During law school, Chelsea thrived academically. She earned several academic awards and served as Publishing and Sourcing Editor of the Western New England Law Review, further developing strong skills in legal writing, editing, and scholarly research. Born and raised in Western Massachusetts, Chelsea has deep roots in the local community and a firsthand understanding of the people, institutions, and values that shape the region.
